Why learn with Teach Tutti?
Lessons take place at your home. The music teacher will travel to you at the agreed lesson date. You will need to provide your own instrument.
If it is more convenient, you can learn at the home of your teacher. We encourage you to contact your teacher before booking a lesson as some tutors won’t be able to teach from home.
Before a teacher registers with Teach Tutti, they have to provide the following:
- Qualifications – This includes grade 8 on the instrument they teach or an accepted alternative qualification. The majority have studied at a music college.
- Enhanced DBS check – Due to our aim to provide safe lessons, every tutor has a DBS check.
- Student testimonials – Teach Tutti contact a student taught by the tutor to verify their teaching approach and experience.
Teach Tutti let you book a first lesson when you enquire. Choose your teacher and select “Book lesson”. Choose a date from the teacher’s calendar and register to arrange a taster lesson.
We are always looking for performing opportunities because it is a hugely rewarding activity that is vital for the student’s improvement. Past performances include playing at the Crystal Palace Overground Festival.
You can choose a first lesson that matches your availability and that of your teacher. Choose your teacher and select “Book a lesson”. You can then pick a suitable date from the teacher’s calendar. The first lesson includes a guaranteed refund.
