Teaching experience
I have over two years of online teaching experience, working mainly with students from ages 10 to 18. I just thoroughly enjoy teaching Maths and related subjects. I focus on conceptual understanding first of all and build from there. I work closely with my students, focussing on their learning goals and helping them to achieve their personal aims. I also make lessons fun - I enjoy the teaching and learning experience and my sense of fun rubs off on my students. I strongly believe that people learn best when they are enjoying themselves.

I found my session with Akhil Sangaonkar Sir extremely helpful as he explained a new concept in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient with me when I got an answer wrong or was confused by his explanation, in which case he explained the concept in a different way. The learning environment he created was very non-judgemental which made me feel at ease and not afraid of making mistakes. A thing that stood out to me was that he gave me practical applications of the topic and made me understand why it was important to learn about it in the first place. This peaked my interest in the topic and made learning it more fun.
