Teaching experience
Until recently, I taught IGCSE and IB maths at the British School, Rio de Janeiro. I have now transitioned to full-time online tutoring and I work together with well-established London-based tutoring agencies that consistently help students get in top schools and universities. In the academic year 2020-2021, I was responsible for assessing evidence and submitting grades to Edexcel and Cambridge CAIE for private candidates taking their exams in the UK. In the past, I have worked as Head of Maths at an independent boarding school in Kent, where I prepared students for their GCSE and A level exams as well as the UK maths challenge.

TESTIMONIAL
Constantine became involved with tutoring my son during Covid/home school period. My intention was to just maintain some momentum with my son's learning. At the time, I was apprehensive about suggesting even more online learning to my son, as he was already struggling with the school lessons. However remarkably 2.5 years later, he has still never complained about attending a lesson with Constantine, even when it may be his only free day off from school!
From the first meeting, Constantine was like a breath of fresh air, he inspired a genuine interest in maths. My son went from being an average maths student to excelling in maths and indeed the confidence he gained from achieving in one subject had an amazing knock on positive effect in all of his other subjects.
My son not only achieved a 9 in his maths GCSE's, he went on to study maths and further maths for his A-levels, which he has been predicted an A* for both and is even pursing a mathematical based degree at university. I would never have believed it possible for my son to enjoy maths so much and indeed this wouldn't have been the case without Constantine's patience and incredible ability to inspire a love of learning.
