Postgrad music student with five years experience tutoring Music, English, and Latin. My approach is entirely based on the student's needs, whether that's last minute help for an exam or helping them discover a love of learning in their subject!

I have worked with students from primary to university level (6-21), through agencies and privately, for five years. Most of my tutoring has been to help students through school exams (GCSE and A Levels), but I have also helped construct university applications, prepare for interviews, and generally increase confidence in the classroom and a student’s own learning.
My approach to teaching is tailored specifically to each student’s needs. I have helped students prepare for exams over periods ranging from two years to just six weeks! As exams can be very prescriptive, I do make sure the student has covered and is comfortable with all the syllabus points. However, if the period of tutoring allows, finding time to discover areas that students are passionate about is the best part of the job for me – I often learn just as much from the students!
