Welcome from Ka Kit Kelvin
I am a Physics major who is keen on teaching Physics and Maths. My approach to teaching is quite relaxed and informal, and I help students to understand concepts thoroughly before teaching them exam techniques.

I have been tutoring for students in the Sixth Form level for three years, and my tutoring includes covering general concepts and revision, going through examination techniques, an afternoon crash course to help student prepare for an upcoming exam, and intensive sessions on getting coursework completed to a high level. For the general classes I usually would go through the concepts thoroughly in the first half of class then going through questions that apply those concepts, and along the way I always make sure the student know what is going on and asking questions to gauge the students understanding. I have struggled through school in the past and have to taught myself many things, so I can easily empathise with a struggling student and see what they are struggling with. I am also quite patient and am happy to take longer lessons with students (I have had 4 hour lessons before for example) to ensure that students have a thorough grasp of the course material or that the coursework is done to a standard that they and the teachers will be happy with.
