I tutor maths and science with a calm and supportive approach. I focus on breaking down difficult ideas into simple steps and building strong problem-solving skills so students feel confident and ready for exams.

I am currently a teacher with over 4 years of tutoring experience in maths and science, supporting learners from KS3, KS4, and A level. I achieved three A-star grades in chemistry, physics and maths at A level and hold a First Class Master's in chemical engineering. This strong academic background allows me to explain challenging concepts clearly and confidently,y especially for students who struggle with problem-solving or scientific reasoning.

When I began tutoring, I worked with a wide range of learners and developed strong skills in adapting explanations, managing behaviour and creating personalised lesson plans. I delivered structured sessions,s set clear learning targets and communicated progress openly with parents to ensure each student had a clear pathway for improvement. Teaching students aged eleven to sixteen has given me experience supporting learners preparing for school assessments, GCSE content, and early A-level topics.
