I am a student of Philosophy at UCL. I believe that the best way to teach is through understanding - that something properly understood is never forgotten. I teach Maths, Physics and English for GCSEs, as well as Philosophy for GCSE and A-Level.

My experience in tuition covers:
- Maths KS3
- Maths GCSE
- English KS3
- English GCSE

However, I am looking to teach Science and Philosophy as well.

I teach anyone from primary school to GCSE in Maths, English, Science (primarily Physics) and Philosophy. I also teach Philosophy for A-Level students too as this is my degree subject.

I can help with general essay writing regardless of the subject. This includes:

For STEM subjects, I give clear explanations of scientific and mathematical concepts. This allows the student to absorb the information at a rapid pace and then gets them to apply that information to strengthen their knowledge.

For written subjects, I teach my students how valuable it is to be able to write clearly and persuasively, which is a necessary skill for later on in life. Many schools teach students to write using counterintuitive, dry, rigid essay structures which leaves many students frustrated and confused because they feel like they cannot write properly and eventually cause many students to give up. I know how to fix this!

I unshackle the students from these ‘roundabout’ teaching methods and break down how to read and write in a natural and intuitive way, which allows students to write more freely and obtain a deeper understanding of the written word across multiple disciplines.
