I am a qualified secondary Biology teacher, from KS3 to A-level. I have a First-Class Biomedical Science degree and am studying Medicine at Barts. My lessons are structured, interactive and tailored to build understanding, confidence and exam readiness.

I have taught Biology both in secondary schools and privately, working with students across KS3, GCSE and A-level, typically aged 11-18. I have extensive experience guiding students through graded exams, helping them prepare for AQA and OCR specifications in Biology.

My teaching approach is structured, interactive and tailored to each student's needs. I focus on building a deep understanding of concepts rather than rote memorisation using clear explanations, examples and practice questions. I encourage students to ask questions and participate actively in lessons, fostering both confidence and curiosity. I adapt my teaching style to individual learning preferences, incorporating diagrams, analogies and real-life examples where relevant.

My goal is not only to help students achieve top grades but also to instil a genuine interest in Biology and scientific thinking. I believe that systematic learning combined with encouragement and mentorship can make a significant difference in a student's academic journey and long-term confidence.
