I have a year of experience in Harris Academy Beckenham as an after-school teaching assistant to Y11 students for Maths GCSE, helping students to fill their gaps in their knowledge whilst also helping them apply the methodology of each maths topic correctly to ensure they get full marks in each question. I have been tutoring Maths GCSE, Biology GCSE, Chemistry GCSE, and Physics GCSE at GoStudent for 2 months; I teach them the content of the topic and then guide them on applying the knowledge to exam questions in a way that favors the examiner. I am also flexible and like to work with the student, depending on their behavioral pattern and the problems they have for me to guide them with, which vary from session to session. During sessions, I always double-check to see if the student understands the information I teach by asking them to explain what I have explained to them or by answering practice questions. I push my students, by ensuring they do exam questions after each session, to help affirm their knowledge and exam technique.
